How do I place an order?


To place an order, simply purchase your required items from the drop-down menus on the product pages, and then fill out the text field with how you would like your order personalised to you and your wedding, alternatively you can fill out the 'Order Comments' section once you checkout.

Upon receiving your order, we will create and send to you a digital proof to approve within 3 working days. Once you are happy with the artwork we will print your order. Don’t worry - nothing will be sent to print until your order is perfect and you are 100% happy with it.


How soon will I receive my order?


A pre-printed sample order will be sent within 1-2 business days.


For a full order please allow 2-3 weeks from placement of the order to completion and dispatch. If you need the order sooner than this time-frame, please get in touch. Please see 'Delivery Information' for details on shipping time-frames.


Can you print my order in a different language?


We can print your wedding stationery in a language other than English providing all the information is provided exactly how you want it.


Can I change or cancel my order / receive a refund?


It is not possible to return products for refund. In the event of an order being produced to the wrong order specification or not to an acceptable standard we may (at our discretion) reprint free of charge. We will also require you to return a sample or photographic evidence of the issue. You may change your order if it has not yet gone to print, or receive store credit for future use of our items/services. If your order has been printed and not been dispatched then unfortunately it cannot be cancelled.



Can I customise the designs on your wedding stationery?


Yes you can change the fonts/colours/designs on any stationery item. Please feel free to send us ideas you like to suit your wedding theme. You can send these to info@roseinkinvites.com.
